According to the relevant requirements in No. 65 of Shanghai Jian Jian Tube (2005) <Notice on centralized submission of tender margin for Construction Project Construction Project in Shanghai>, to implement article 26th regulations of <Regulations of the people's Republic of China on the implementation of the Law on bidding>, amendments were made to <Instructions for submitting bids and returning bids> issued in 2009. Since July 15th 2012 bidding margin submission and refund operation shall be implemented according to 2012 edition <Instructions for submitting bids and returning bids>.
