Professional Supervisor Engineer (recruitment: 20).

Position requirements:

Familiar with construction site, familiar with supervision work flow and engaged in related professional work, have certain management experience.

When engaged in professional supervision work in Shanghai, we must hold certificates issued by Shanghai Construction supervision Association, and must hold local accredited professional supervision engineer certificates for supervision work elsewhere.

Job requirements:

Under the authorization and organization of general supervision engineer, according to corresponding procedure regulations, implement supervision work of certain profession or certain aspect ensure project quality finish timely.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Responsible for specific implementation of supervision work of certain profession or certain aspect, compile supervision implementation rules and issue supervision documents within duty scope;

2. Responsible for reviewing construction organization design or special construction plan documents;

3. Organize, supervise inspection and supervision of professional supervisor;

4. Responsible for reviewing contractor documents, asking for and reporting major issues;

5. Control the quality of engineering materials in this specialty, carry out concealed engineering and partial project acceptance;

6. Write project supervision diary and participate in preparing supervision monthly report;
